Ekhaya Biltong's chutney flavour delivers a hint of sweetness which perfectly compliments the rich beefyness and succulent texture of our biltong. We marinate our prime beef in Worcester sauce, malt vinegar, dried coriander seeds, sea salt, black peppercorns and chutney for twenty-four hours. Our meat is then hung to dry for seventy-two hours in our purpose built dryers before being sliced and packaged, ready for sale. Our beef is supplied by our award-winning, local butcher in Aberystwyth, Rob Rattray, who hand picks his beef from local farms along the coastline and rolling hills of West Wales.
