This biltong delivers a medium heat but still maintains its beefy flavour and succulent texture. If you like a bit of 'a kick' with your food then our chilli biltong delivers one. Marinated for twenty-four hours in the same Worcester sauce and malt vinegar as our original biltong, crushed dried chillies are then added with dried coriander seeds, sea salt and black peppercorns. The seasoned meat is then hung up to dry for seventy-two hours in our purpose built biltong cabinet. Our beef is supplied by our award-winning, local butcher in Aberystwyth, Rob Rattray, who hand picks his beef from local farms along the coastline and rolling hills of West Wales.
